c_killgore86 Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 i'm wantin to replace my rear struts, but i dont have a dust boot or compression bumper....are these things very necessary? none of the auto parts stores have them here and will take a long time to get them shipped here, not even buick dealership can get them....is there another way around this? parts from another vehicle, or something else from autozone that will work the same? :?: :?: Quote
Dannymik Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 did you call autozone on this? My friend did his rear struts in his '97 Grand Prix with the help of a tool from autozone....plus its FREE to rent the tool Quote
DiscoStudd Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 Order them from http://www.tirerack.com . You'll get 'em in less than a weeks time. The KYB boot has the jounce bumper already attached to it, and it slides right into the upper mount... Quote
