94 Buick Regal 3.8 misfire cold w/ AC on

Hello, new guy here. Just acquired a 94 Regal with a 3.8. Has 65k on the clock. Did the tuneup with new GM stuff, including new plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter. When i start the car up and turn the AC on, it bucks and misfires. If i go about 6-8 miles, and then turn the AC on, it doesn't buck anymore. Anymore, lately, its been bucking and carrying on more often when the engine is cold. Today, it was wet outside, and it ran very bad until the engine warmed up.

I swapped the coils out with ones i had around from a j-yard engine swap, but its doing the same thing. From previous experiences, i feel that it either an ICM, crank sensor or PCM.

I searched the forums, but couldn't come up with anything that is the same problem as this one.

Thanks for your help.
