Little help determining cost of a 92 Z34

OK, tell me what you guys think of this one:

Also tell me if you wouldnt touch it with a 10 ft pole.

Keep in mind I could do alot of work on this car myself.

I'm thinking its worth no more than $900 (US) but tell me what you think.

 

 

The bad:

-Crack in windshield

-Steering wheel shakes from the left to the right at speeds over 30

-Steering wheel tilt lock broken

-front tires are bald

-probably could use new brakes

-Rust in some spots

-Maybe another two years out of the mufflers

 

The good:

-Motor, trans strong (91k)

-Body panels strait

-rust spots are just surface rust and have plenty of usable metal underneath

-Decent interior

-alternator replaced at 80k

-timing belt replaced at 80k

if the front tires are bald, you can be sure the car has seen a pretty rough time.

 

if the belt was replaced at 80k was this before, or after it broke, and other then just the belt, what else was replaced (tensioner, idler, etc)

 

91k and the suspension is having problems (could also be why the tires are bald) find how what it is that's causing the problem (test drive the car, and take it to a shop) this is gonna be your best bet as to determine how much you'll have to sink into it.
