2002IMP Posted July 22, 2005 Author Report Posted July 22, 2005 apsolutly love the car car is a hand-me-down from my dad.. hes doesnt have a need for it so he handed it over to me... since my other cars got a dead transmisson... but yeah.. cars great...stock.. cruises nicely on the highway.. plenty of passing power.. smooth ride.. wouldnt mind geting it a little sportier.. havent done mutch research yet.. wouldnt mind doing some performance stuff.. i.e intake and exhaust but again no reaserch done yet.. first thing on my list is geting winows tinter and adding some subs.. ive never seen any "pimped up" (i hate that phrase) new impalas... i think it would be sweet to see one nicely done up.. the cars got some great lines... well at least i think so.. Justin Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 My parents have a '01 Impala LS that I take out once in a while on the weekends if I go back home. They are a really nice car, I never liked Chevy cars until that one. I could maybe even live with the four doors. There is a black Impala, possibly an Indy edition, here locally. He's got the windows tinted black and has big (18"+) Chrome 5 spoke rims on it. Looks really nice. Quote
DiscoStudd Posted July 23, 2005 Report Posted July 23, 2005 Damn, I just posted in your other thread! I just have the base model, which compared to the LS seems like an "el-strippo" model . Check out my sig for more info. One thing you'll find is that the "millenium" Impalas have an aftermarket quite a bit larger than the earlier W-Bodies (thanks in part to the success of the Grand Prix GTP - just about every part for the GTP will fit on an Impala...) Again, be sure to check out Impala HQ Quote
2002IMP Posted July 23, 2005 Author Report Posted July 23, 2005 LS that a 3800?? ya Impala LS 3.8 litres of gm pushrod power.. well i like to think so... Quote
