MoTox8410 Posted July 14, 2005 Report Posted July 14, 2005 i just replaced my alt about 2 months ago and my voltmeter on the dash is constantly dropping kind of like it would if the blinker was on...... so i was wondering if this was a sign of a bad alt or maybe its a bad connection somewhere???thoughts??? Canada Posted July 14, 2005 Report Posted July 14, 2005 Sounds like it isn't charging......perhaps a loose connection at the alternator. Go get it load tested....most part stores do this for free. Quote
5speedz34 Posted July 14, 2005 Report Posted July 14, 2005 Wouldn't he have to pull it off to get load tested? Also check your Aux. Power Connector by the battery and make sure the nut is down enough. Quote
