Down Pipe and custom exhaust

if i got a straight through exhuast and brand new custom fabbed down pipe would i see any decent gains?

you might see around 10-15hp gains over stock on that, depending on your setup. Not counting the better sound of course.

I was just referring to a simulator in regards of not throwing off the computer and then throwing codes.

yeah you only need a simulater if your car has an o2 sensor after the cat(it makes sure its working)...in other words 96+

Well, I would say you learned about second generation on-board diagnostic system compliant General Motors computers and their requirement to monitor the effectiveness of the catalytic convertor(s).

At least we don't get dual cats like the Ford Taurus's. 4 O2 sensors.
