I finally took the time to clean off the original wheels off my 1995 Z34 in order to sell them. So the question is, what would you pay/ask for?

I'll probably try selling them with the tires as well, and the info goes like so:

1995 Monte Carlo Z34 Wheels w/ Dean Stinger GTH All Season Radials

Wheels: 16" x 6.5

Tires: P225/60/16

Tread Depth: 6/32" - Even wear

Aside from the dirt, they all pretty much look like this with only a couple having a minor dime-size blemish scratch; otherwise, they're in excellent condition.

Keep in mind, this is in CDN funds, so I figured $100 ea would do it.

Tires are $120 new - now $50 ea, as are the wheels of course. Do I have a clue here?

Good god..who the flip puts all terrain tires on a Monte Carlo? What were you gonna do, rally it?

those would prolly look sweet on my monte

Just for shits-n-giggles, this'll give you an idea of what that looks like.

As for the tires, they are all season, not summer radials - but they have a more aggressive shoulder tread. The original Goodyear RS-A's looked bigger and bloated next to these when I picked them out.

yep that salt fucking sucks best thing is to just not drive in it if you dont want your car falling apart.

But as for the rims and tires, I would pay about $400 max cuz 6/32" (3/16") isnt that much tread left. If the tires had more tread, youd get more.

i just put new rubber on my car... like 2 weeks ago so i would be interested in the rims only!

Just for clarity sake, CDN or US funds? I hear ya on the tread. I took a conservative measurement at top-center. Around here where some people utilize two sets of tires (all season & winters) it's enough for at least a couple years. Other places where all seasons are good all year long, they'd last half that. This'll give you an idea:

I'll do a quick cut-n-paste chop like I did for the other one. I'll edit this post to add it in a bit.

I paid $80something CND for a brand new tire at Walmart. Now maybe they aren't as "good" a tire.. but they're still NEW. I dunno how much used tires are worth..

doesnt really matter to me i am not interested in the rubber...

BTW those crosslaces are the bomb :rocking:

for comparisons sake, i paid $355US (shipped....auction ended at $295) for my set of silver 16x8 GTP crosslace wheels back in 2001. that's probably more then i would pay nowadays, but still not too bad IMO. they came with a really nice set of 225/60 Goodyear Eagle GA tires that lasted me 2 years. the wheels were in great shape too.

No worries there, I'm just shooting for opinions. These things have been sitting on the deck since Nov 03. I just had to get off my ass and do something about 'em.
