Issues with driver side wheel when in park

Hey everyone-

So this morning when I was rotating my tires, I noticed something:

When in park, my front driver side wheel spins freely (which it shouldn't).

All week I've been hearing this clanking noise whenever I would hit a bump in the road, but no noise otherwise (this is why I dont think its a CV joint). Usually you can feel and hear CV joints when you're turning, but I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary whenever I turn.

Anyhow, this is a major setback for me.....if its a tranny problem, thats an ass load of money already. If its a drivetrain/suspension problem, that sucks because i dont have air tools, therefore making it nearly impossible to remove/put on some of the drivetrain componets.

Any and all suggesstions are welcome, cause I've gotta solve this problem quickly. I was planning on doing the oil pump seal repair this weekend, but I think that might've just gotten pushed back a little bit......

Actually, when jacked up and in park, both front wheels should spin freely. Turn one wheel, and the one on the opposite side should spin the opposite direction. That's due to the open diff.
