91grandprixGT
changed plugs yesterday, all I can say is that ac delco are crap, nothing but problems from the start, got the front ones out and in, no problem the rear comes along and nothing but problems arise, get all the plugs out fine, putting them back in and get it all back together, start the car, misses I figured didnt get one on right checked them all the plug broke inside the boot, take that plug out and went and got another one, when I did that I got new boots as well get the new boots get them all on (It was hot in the garage and I was tired and pissed) I was in a bit of a hurry put it all back together start up once, runs once started then died when at idle I'm like crap what now pulled the boots off (New ones might I add) and the boot broke inside and the piece that snaps onto the plug ripped out of the boot, pissed me off put old boots back on (got the one plug out) and didnt run again finaly found out that when in my rush to put the stuff back together I cracked the hose for the map sensor (damn 1mm thick pos) anyways fixed that runs like new again.... all I can say is that a easy 20min. task turned into a 4 hour hell for me oh, and might I add that at one point the block slid out from behind the tired and crushed my arm between the motor and firewall

If you don't change them often...you will get a nasty idle and very reduced performance. Anyway lol...
19Cutlass94
yeah I was wondering why you changed them so often. That has to add up after a while of driving thought, I change mines probably every 45,000-50,000 miles, but I use AC Delco platnium plugs. But I dont know very much about those rotary engines, so that sounds like a pretty good explianation to me
1990lumina
It's actually very simple...three parts move inside the engine and that's it... But they aren't as reliable...and as you can see cost more to maintain.
