Rabbi
i was told i can break the cam gears free without a cam gear puller well i got the lockring off,i just cant break the actual gear free. ive hit them with a rubber mallet a few times and they dont budge. How the hell do they come off without the puller?
Redwingvksm
They won't. It's called interference fit. Go to autozone/murrays/some parts store and put a deposit on the tool. You'll get 100% of it back when you return the tool...
