RenegadeZ Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 ok, I know its in the threads but I'm on my way up to auto zone to get my brake pads... Here goes, tomorrow morning I'm going to get rear callipers off of a 94 cutty(they said 94-97ish callipers were the same). I had a set of rotors sitting around and I planned on using those. Will the rotors fit the 94+ callipers, or do I have to buy those 2? These are going on a 93 Z Quote
GOT2B GM Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 I beleive the rotors are larger on the 94+ cars, you'll have to get those too. Quote
RenegadeZ Posted June 10, 2005 Author Report Posted June 10, 2005 ok, I didnt get the calipers off of the 96 cuz they didnt have one, but I am getting some off of a 94, but they're the same as the 93.... 96 is the year that they started being made diff right? Then again someone @ the store said 94-97 were all the same? whats the real deal? Quote

SilverZ Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 best advice----- rebuild your rear calipers your self you will have way less trouble with them in the future and it'll save you a fortune... Quote
