SnipSnip Posted January 31, 2003 Report Posted January 31, 2003 Hello everyone. Well, since I have written to you all last, I have found a new mechanic and he is AWESOME!! He fixed all the blunders from the last mechanic and my car is running better then ever. And it only cost me about $300.00 compared to a few thousand that I gave the last guy. The whole thing taught me a huge lesson. It is so nice to be driving my car again and for the first time in a long time, I don't hold my breath when I drive it, wondering when it is going to blow up. And now that it's all fixed up...WOW...is it fast!!!!!!! So if any of you are in the Seattle/Tacoma area, that black streak that flew by you a couple days ago was me enjoying the hell out of my car!!!! Once the weather clears up, I am going to have it painted. I will post pictures when it is all done ( and NO I won't sprawl out on the hood...sorry ). For those who don't know me, my name is Snip and I own a touchy 1990 Black Turbo Grand Prix that has given me nothing but crap since I bought it in 1994. Actually, it was running great when a youngin' decided to pull out in front of me a few years ago and destroy the front end. Getting it all back together again has taken all the queens horses and all the queens men but I think we have finally succeeded. Take Care all, Snip Quote
90TGP Posted January 31, 2003 Report Posted January 31, 2003 Great to hear that your car is all better. I know exactly how you feel. I had a bad fuel pump, that caused a lot of headaches. And a bad 02 sensor also caused a lot of problems for me. Not to mention the broken passanger door handle. Talk about a love-hate relationship,lol. Quote
