Jon89le Posted January 30, 2003 Report Posted January 30, 2003 Im getting my Exhaust done next week and i dont know which i should do or what size. They quoted me at $150 for a 2.25" Cat-back split into a Y out back. I was thinking though and if i do that, my piping would only be 2" after the Y so im thinking id be pointless just to get a 2.25" Cat-to-Ypipe. Would it be better to get a 2.25" piping from the rear manifold all the way back and then into a 2" Ypipe? Or maybe a 2.5" catback to 2.25" Ypipe? The motor, 3.1mpfi, has been modded internally and externally. Any opinions would be nice. Quote
RedZMonte Posted January 30, 2003 Report Posted January 30, 2003 I think 2.5" cat back may be a little much. I do make a Mandrel bent 2.25" catback. that i have found works the best. RedZ Quote
