f_399 Posted May 28, 2005 Report Share Posted May 28, 2005 my cars rpms were dropping erradicly like the car wanted to stall, luckily i got it to a repair shop and they said something about the crank shaft sensor? or pulley? it was causing the engine to misfire, anybody experience this before? oh yeah car is not for sale anymore. joey b Posted May 28, 2005 Report Share Posted May 28, 2005 I had my crank sensor break before. It's probably in the same location on the engines. It is on the rear of the engine to the right (passenger side) of the exhaust downpipe. Only 1 bolt I believe holding it in.
