97-99 GP DIC compared to 00+ DIC

I like to touch my DIC as well. Its big with lots of buttons.

they got rid of perf shift in 01

i thought that was only if you have an aftermarket pcm that has the settings/ ?

I've heard both. I've heard some guys say you can just ground a wire on the PCM and it'll turn PS on. Other's say it requires a PCM.

well, i know you can short out a wire like u said to get it all the time, but i dont think u can do that with a stock pcm on those cars, since i doubt the pcm has the coding in. so if u get an aftermarket (like DHP) you have to either buy a perf shift harness, or gournd out the wire so its always on.
