Dan94Z34 Posted May 22, 2005 Report Share Posted May 22, 2005 the a/c bracket is the biggest bitch in the whole repair. When I replaced my head gaskets and head in my Beretta, I just disconnected the exhaust and pulled the rear head with the manifold attached. I found that to be easier than trying to get all those manifold bolts back there. Overall its not a bad job, just time comsuming. Remember there are two different lenghts for the push rods, make sure you get them in the right spots, and the torque for the rocker arm nuts are 18ft lbs, and there are not adjustable.
