sawzalls? we don't need no stinkin' sawzalls

You will need:

Drill (preferably pretty powerful)

Chisel

Hammer

Directions:

Drill 4 holes in the side of the door. Chisel them out in the form of a square. Peel sheet metal away.. it's like a hot knife through butter when you get this far.

Reach in the hole with a screwdriver and find a lever attached to a spring. Pull the spring forward. Enjoy the results after nearly a year of failed attempts to get this piece of shit door open.

Wouldn't it have been easier & more fun to throw a brick through the window?

Probably.. but he's not locked out ;) door just never wanted to open, locked or unlocked.

its my first post. should i re post somewhere else?

I would. It will probably help you solve your problem faster. This thread doesn't really have any intention to open a stuck door properly without destroying your w-body.

Listened to SteppenWolf- Magic carpet ride while typing this.
