Fair selling price.....more like, gauging interest

Hey guys, I'm going to be selling my Lumina middle of next month and wanted to get some opinions on a fair selling price. I'll list what I've done to the car and the current problems it has. Here goes:

Converted from column to console shift

GM factory strut bar installed up front

Rear Brakes from a 95 GP installed

Dashpad IS NOT PEELING

Upgraded it from 14" factory wheels to 16" factory Lumina wheels

Radiator is less than 3 months old (Was Brand New, not JY special) as well as the hoses.

Has an external tranny cooler and dual filter kit on the tranny.

Ran synthetic motor oil its entire life.

Has a board behind the backseat for amplifier mounting.

Paintjob is less than 2 years old.

AC recharged with R134a (35 degree vent temps on 86 degree day (over 120 in the car))

Just recently changed the tranny filter, Internal one.

High pressure power steering line is less than 6 months old.

Upgraded to Euro cluster with oil pressure gauge

Added rear sway bar. Factory but better than nothing.

At 75mph it still averages 29 mpg. Over 30 at 65mph.

Now, here is what is left to fix, if fixable

191K miles (not really fixable)

Tranny doesn't like to work when it is stone cold. Let it idle an honest 60 seconds and you'll never know there is a problem. Sounds like the pump is worn out.

A Valve stem seal leaks so it puffs smoke on startup.

Steering creaks (possible strut bearings)

One rear strut knocks (driver side)

Hood has a wrinkle in it. (Someone laid on the hood)

I will be asking $500 for it. If nothing else, it would be a good parts car for another Lumina onwer. The engine runs beautifully, but could use a new gasket/seal set. Any of you think I could get $500 for it in mid-June?

If anyone here wants to buy it then, I'll drive it up to 250 miles at 75cents a mile. Give me your opinions on whether it would be worth the price. Thanks.
