First of all my "low coolant" light turns on sometimes but turns of again... there are no leaks and my overflow tank is not empty

2nd- I am going on a road trip form Dallas to Orlando, Florida

Whta do I need to do? I was thinking of the top engine cleaner but dont I need to replace plugs and oil as well?

Should I go for a radiator flush?

I will probably do maintenance on the A/C coz its going to be hot in orlando

ANy other things to keep in mind before a long road trip?

I'd pull the sensor out of the radiator and clean it. Usually they get gunk in 'em after so long and it'll throw a light like that...my Supreme did that quite often.

I would change the oil, at least do other fluids, but personally I don't see the need for a radiator flush, maybe when you get back if anything.

Routine maintenance is all I can say

throw a new set of plugs in, check the wires, oilchange, check the color of the tranny, jack up the wheels and check the balljoints/tie rods/hubs, check the pads, and do a 1ce over of everything else.

I used 2 take my GP whereever without doing any checking, never ran into any real problems (had a hub fall apart at patgizz house after an 800 mile trip).

Check/Do most of the things mentioned above...also take some spare fluids with you in the trunk in a water proof bag of sorts just in case.

Alos bring some tools along with you.

Sounds like the coolant sensors is gunked up as stated above, cleanin' her up should stop the light problem...check you serp belt and make sure it doesn't have any major cracking or anything...I'd change the oil, but that's it as long as the other fluids look good.

And if you're like me, you'll need some tunes to go along with the trip

And yes, above all drive safe.
