89 GP
Thanks to everyone who responded to my question yesterday. I ended up doing an idle relearn. Took the car for a drive and it runs good. I found a procedure for the relearn on another message board. Here it is in case someone needs it. 1. Reset ECM by pulling ECM fuse (underhood) for 10 sec. 2. Block wheels and put e-brake on. 3. With a/c OFF start car and put in drive. 4. If car does not start, keep trying without putting foot on accelerator. 5. Let car idle for 10 min. or until cooling fan cycles once, whichever comes first. 6. Shut off for 10sec. 7. Start engine and place in drive and idle for 5min. 8. Shut off engine. 9. Idle is now learned.

GP1138
Glad that fixed it, and that it wasn't the TCC. I didn't think about that.
