5speedz34 Posted May 7, 2005 Report Share Posted May 7, 2005 Ok, so about a year and a half ago, I bought a 90k 3.4/284 combo. The motor had all the accessories, harness, everything for the swap. I tore it down to the short block and its sitting on a stand in my garage. My orginal plans were to build it up, it's been sitting for over a year. Right now, I'm getting Aarons car, and I really don't know what I want to do? Should I sell the motor? Should I keep it and swap it into something? Honestly, if I swap it in to something it would probably be a fiero but I really dont know. FWIW: I'm keeping the trans. mfewtrail Posted May 8, 2005 Report Share Posted May 8, 2005 I would keep the motor around if you have the room to store it, you never know when a spare one might come in handy for a number of reasons(some of which you mentioned above already ). The thing always goes, you keep it and never use it, or sell it then say the next month, fuck I really could use that motor right now...
