The Turbo Grand Prix never got the VFD DIC (the only one that could possibly give on board diagnostics), and the LCD one was good for nothing but telling the date and your direction, I can safely assume that isn't what it's for. (And for future reference the VFD DIC got all it's information [read: ABS, Light, Door] from a separate BCM, not the ECM. Who knows.. it's GM.
