Those are all on ebay anyone know if they'll fit the 3.4's? I can post pics of a stock 3.4 one if I need to.

prolly not, its for the LS1, not the LQ1, might be a different size, just go to a j/y and get one, or to a dealer if urs is missing

Mine isn't missing I want to update it with one like that. That says Mobil 1 only.

The LS1 oil cap will fit fine. A 3.4 I seen at the yard uses the same 1/4 turn cap as every other GM car I've seen. Pretty much count on GM to share shit like that.

 

I am using one from a 98 Z28 on my 3100.

94+ 3400's use the 1/4 turn cap, so they can use the LS1 cap.

The 3.4 DOHC LQ1 uses a threaded cap IIRC, so the 1/4 tuen LS1 cap won't work.

I've got the 1/4 turn mobil1 cap on my engine, but I have seen them in threaded versions they're just incredibly hard to find.

That cap is only $8.58 list from GM....a dealer should be slightly cheaper. $4.28 plus S&H from GM Parts Direct.
