Regal_GS_1989
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heres the problem. The car drives fine under normal driving conditions, but when I hammer the pedal down it starts shaking(or STRONG hesitation if you will) after 3-4k rpm. It stared doing this two weeks ago maybe, but has gotten noticeably worse since. I started cheap and replaced plugs/wires, and fuel filter hoping it would cure it. Now I supose it may be a coil pack. Do those symptoms sound like a coil pack going south? Any other suggestions? thx

Another stupid thing to check is the air filter. How does the car sound at idle? rough? mis-firing? I wish I could know.
