WIW: '92 CS LQ1/5-speed International Series Coupe

Ok...I think i may have found a pretty rare and nice W-body that I would buy and then get rid of my coupe...It is:

'92 Cutlass Supreme International Series Coupe

3.4 DOHC

HM-284 5-speed, 3.67:1 ratio

Bright Red

Lip Spoiler, Color Keyed reverse panel

Grey Leather Seats, power lumbar-driver and passenger

HUD

Rear Buckets

Auto Climate Control/Steering Wheel Controls

Dual Exaust

Factory CD player (I think it has 6-speaker sound also)

Chrome International Series wheels (the same style as Kevin (93cutlasssupreme's) 88 has)

Power Antenna

All recipts and warranty records.

Just under 40,000 miles...absolutely beautiful (but i'm not a huge fan on how the wheels look)

I think this is a rare car like 93regalgs' '91

So...what is it worth??? I'm really interested in it as it is definately for sale and something I would LOVE to drive it everyday (would have to be)

They never made 5-speed 'verts.

BTW- Did you find this in Autotrader?

So did you find this in Autotrader because I posted about this months ago.

If that's it wow, he lowered his price too! IIRC- He wanted like 7-8k a few months ago. That would be a awesome car to have too!

If you buy it I would go out to Cali w/you!

yes sir...that is the car...I'm kinda stuck here at school for the next month and a half so i think my dad would go and get it or it would get trailered or something.

I can afford to buy it now...even if he won't go down...but i'd like to get some decent money out of mine since i would have to get that one and drive it daily.

We'll see how it goes...but my '94 SL Coupe (3100) just rolled over 26k yesterday. got 32mpg on the freeway with her so its hard to part with it...but this is the right car should all the stuff go right.

DUDE GET IT!!!

Where are you at for school? I'm up in the Northern Suburbs (Shelby, Utica).

If you drove that daily and sold it on here, someone would definatly buy it!

That thing is a bad mother fucker!

Hit me up on aim! chinkilla04

KBB.com says $2,855 in Excellent condition.

I wouldn't pay much more than that unless you'd be planning to keep it a really, really long time.

Unfortunately, I am in Flint (I go to Kettering-formerly GMI), and my semester isn't over until June 17th...and then I have something to do that weekend...i've got a 4-day weekend for memorial day BUT it would take the entire weekend to go out there and drive it back.

I would be selling my '94...without the DIS or 5-spokes (would have the original sawblades)

Do you think gasoline cars will be worth that much then? I sure as hell don't.

Man, that's a beauty. Go for it!

I sure wish they had put 5-speeds in ragtops.

Dude.. If you sell your coupe, would you part with the Leather seats in exchange (Plus cash) for some similar cloth? Let me know.. Im willing to do just about anything for leather..

I'm sure they won't, but I was thinking more along the lines of depreciation rather than accumulating collector value.

If he bought it now for $5700 and kept it only 1 year, he'd probably only be able to get $2300 so that's $3400/yr loss.

If he kept it 10yrs and sold it for $200, that's only $550/yr.
