One has an actual picture of a blue GP on the front, the other has a pic of the model built in a teal color. I bought both of them thinking they might be different, but the pictures on the side of the boxes are both the same. So it is the same kit, pretty much. Those GTP kits are pretty easy to win for cheap because the kit is called a Pontiac GTP.
