GutlessSupreme Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 Anyone know? TGP's using different 8mm hex bolts at the moment but I'm going to need the torx bit once I hit up the junkyard to get another lower intake manifold. Quote
Dirty Rockstar Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 I think between a 45 and a 55.. Bring a set Quote
mfewtrail Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 I'll go check on one of my cars in a little while(I need to reinstall some stuff on the SE anyways under the hood). Quote
no1kicker Posted May 1, 2005 Report Posted May 1, 2005 Mine's a T30. You probably already know this, but the 89 and 90 lower intakes are different. And let me know if you see anything good at the JY! Quote

no1kicker Posted May 2, 2005 Report Posted May 2, 2005 The 89 had the PCV tube in it, where the 90 did not. Quote
GutlessSupreme Posted May 3, 2005 Author Report Posted May 3, 2005 The 89 had the PCV tube in it, where the 90 did not. Oh so '90+ is the same though? I thought you meant '89 and '90 were both different from newer ones. And you mean the PCV tube is connected to the LIM vs. the rear valve cover? Quote
no1kicker Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 Correct, the 89 PCV tube comes from the lower IM. (although it probably doesn't really matter). And as far as I know the 90+ are all the same. Quote

no1kicker Posted May 3, 2005 Report Posted May 3, 2005 89 style: 90 style: And here's one that might work for you Tony: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7971885067&category=36474&sspagename=WDVW Quote

I just am going to hate waiting for shipping time. Gotta love how parts for this engine are so cheap though Looks like I'll be spending another hour or two in the parts washer though.. Quote
