Daggar
Hey I got the Z34 back together tore out and sealed that A.I.R system. Did the upper and lower intake gaskets now she sounds like she has some power. But now she's bleeding coolent out of a quick connector that goes into the lower intake. Any suggestions on how to replace this quick connector or how to stop it from bleeding? The o-ring is there. Do you think I should have replaced that? 1990lumina
I would have replaced it...over time they get compressed, dry out and crack. So yeah, I would have replaced it.. - Jeff L.

95 3-4
Heater hose quick connect which is a complete joke and weak link, pot metal held together with tiny plastic strips When doing gm engine swaps I always try to eliminate the pos connector, elimintaed one just last week on a 93 chevy 350 which had quick connect 6'' metal line then 6'' rubber line to heater core inlet, rediculous looking at best. Replaced with a heater hose outlet and 1' of heater hose
