i wouldnt really worry about them to much, as long as there snug, I dont think you will have any leaks of any sort, just install it like you would bolt a head to the block, and if you need a torque spec for a piece of mind, i think its 18#s

I just made them snug on the upper.. the lower I did to spec though. They'll be fine if you really want it I'll check my manual tomorrow.
