Using billet overflow tank inplace of the factory bottle???

Is it possible to use a billet overflow tank from Summit inplace of the factory overflow bottle?

sure why not....could always get the w body Pass-side overflow bottle too if you wanted to remove the turbo piping from the pass-side.

I never even thought about doing that with the coolant tank (passenger side bottle). Since I just bought a KN Turbo filter today, that would make good use of the space. Thanks for the idea....

I heard the passeneger side one doesn't fit because it hits a coolant line and something else. Because I asked about using that before on another post.

the onlything I can see being in the way is the Air intake tube on that side but that can be removed with just 3 bolts

yeah it holds the air intake pipe on that side... oh its the GM hex bolt screws 10mm if I remember
