OK basically guys to make long story short... my car was at this horrible bull shitter mechanic who basically fucked my car up. Of cause it wasn't up to me to leave a car there as I let it borrow to my friend and he's the one who brought it there. But any who... One of the things I would like to ask you is the missing parts on the car and what they do and how much they cost aprox to replace

First pic is I'm guessing its one of the sensors... in red circle

Second is the fuse box that is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment

Yah it is. I put it in the back seat for now.. damn mechanic stole my battery and teared the coolant box up.

How much does IAC goes for on junkyard or on dealer?

I hope you either work on your 'Vette yourself or take it to a more intelligent mechanic..

Vette I do myself. Its my friend who took my lumina to that mechanic. I let him borrow my car till he gets himself another car

oh btw

on top of that he claimed he did 500 bucks worth in repairs of the car like brakes exhaust etc... which was never done as well what i suspect he fried the engine by braking the timing belt so antifreeze wouldn't cool engine. Then he busted trunk with crow bar removed tail light as part for some other part i guess... and probably some other stuff I don't know about.

All of that was done behind my back so I wasn't even aware of situation until I came there to see what's wrong with the car and it was at night time... so I had to tow it away from there before it would get hurt more from that arrogant bastard.

That sensor is the IAC, its pocket stuff at the JY. If I were you, I'd just go to the local JY, and pick up all the relays and fuses from another 3.1 equipped car, and take the fuse cover with you. While your there, you can pick up the IAC. Just be sure to take some torx bits with you. IIRC, it should be size 10 torx bit.
