from that picture i cant tell but he uses a tape measure.. i dont know what 115x5 plays out to be in inches so would these work on my lumina front tires

RWD application, I would assume that they woun't work but I really don't know.

5X115 ends up being roughly a 5X4.5, so these won't bolt up.

I think your biggest problem is the fact they are for a RWD appliction, (older muscle cars and such)

 

i wouldn't buy them because there is so much doubt.

did you ever measure the clearence you would need? if so, then ask the seller when the I.D. of the wheel is.
