Baddflash
This is for a '90 Cutlass. Firstly I need some help with the wiring. There are a few I'm unsure about. C1 GREY 7 - DEF SOLENOID 8 - AC SOLENOID 9 - BI-LEV SOLENOID 10 - RECIRC. SOLENOID 11 - TEMP. VALVE CONTROL 12 - VF DIMMING - LED DIMMING 13 - DIM ENABLE - BACKLIGHT 14 - GOUND 15 - EMPTY C2 WHITE 7 - TEMP. MONITOR FEEDBACK - TEMP VALVE MOTOR HARNESS ( LOCATION 10) 8 - EMPTY 9 - INSIDE TEMP. SENSOR 10 - Green/black - Guessing this is outside temp sensor input but unsure 11 - EMPTY 12 - REAR DEFROSTER 13 - AC HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH 14 - HEAT SOLENOID 15 - BLOWER INPUT - NEW FAN SPEED MODULE C3 BLACK 7 - GROUND 8 - +12V 9 - ALDL INPUT 10 - dark green - not sure what this for 11 - ENG/MET INPUT 12 - IGN. +12V 13 - IN/OUT TEMP. SENSOR GROUND 14 - Purple/white - not sure what this is for 15 - BLOWER FEEDBACK - NEW FAN SPEED MODULE Also the fan speed controler does it sit inside the airbox between the blower and firewall? Can its harness be taken in one piece or does it need to be wired in? Does the evap tube on the inside temp sensor "have" to be hooked up ,or will it still work without it but just be a bit inaccurate? Any description of the actual swap and everything that had to be done to make it work would help lots. Any help greatly appreciated, Thanks. Yes I searched LOTS! This is what I have so far:

Brian P
you should have been really adventurous and tried the dual zone electronic controls from the 95-97 Cuttys.... I'll be on that, except the dual-zone part. I really don't want to swap out the whole box-assembly under the dash.
Baddflash
you should have been really adventurous and tried the dual zone electronic controls from the 95-97 Cuttys.... Thought about it but it's too much work and would cost a lot more to do, as parts aren't readily available. So far I've invested $
jeremy
I totally understand the swap you did....I would never take on doing the dual zone swap because all the work wouldn't be worth the end result, IMHO of course

cutlsp
I could definitely appreciate that swap. I have a wife that is always cold! The thing about these cutlasses is they get ice cold if you have the manual climate control which is why i'm putting in the auto climate control.
