Jcrow
What brand is that? where did you get it?
no1kicker
That is a 7 inch universal type BOV. I got it off ebay last year and it was listed as a DSM one. I put it in myself. That is a good spot for one, I tried for the upper pipe but hood and turbo clearance wasn't good enough for where I wanted it. I'm using the port in the rear of the plenum for a vacuum source. I'm also installing a boost gauge and will use the same source. I know my engine is dirty, but I have a polished plenum and valve covers going on soon, so I'm not going to bother cleaning it now. Take it from me.. power wash the fucker before you start tearing it down. I know I started getting really paranoid about all the surrounding sand and dirt getting into the heads and cam case once my top end was off. If you need a power washer you can come over sometime and borrow ours. It's a little dinky one but it'll still strip paint off the side of a house, so it's fine for our purposes And no, sorry I don't have anything for the rear bolt on the plenum.. sorry I haven't gotten back to your PM yet. TurboGTU
Thats the same type of BOV I bought for the Turbocupe. THough..mine was blue and was difective. Found out too late...they pinched a o-ring on assembly ..I put a new o ring in..good as new. I still cain't find a good spot though....ITS HUGE.
