SES Light***Problem Code 23***

Hi all,

 

My car(Lumina 1992 3.1L) give me the code 23. I want to know what is the problem with that code. What I need to check or change on my car. I remove the Airbox to put a P-flow

Code 23

Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) sensor-

signal voltage is low or high

Or

TPS error

Or

Mixture control solenoid-open or short circuit problems

I think that's the intake air temperature sensor. Assuming you might have disconnected it when playing with the intake, did you reconnect it when you finished?

No I dont reconnect it because I remove the airbox to put a cone air filter. So what I need to do with that sensor(IAT)???

re install it. just drill a hole in the tubeing for the cone filter and shove the IAT from the old airbox inside and plug er in.

do you have the cone filter directly connected to the throtle body?

 

if not just drill a hole in the tubeing going from the TB to the cone filter
