Brian P
Short list off the top of my head: Whole engine- manifolds (int/exhaust) exhaust downpipe (grab the whole exhaust I guess) all vacuum lines, brackets, some coolant hoses, some of the wiring harness (you COULD use your current engine harness and ecm if you want to but you'll have to lengthen the wires for the DIS, and IAC and possibly some others) you'll need the throttle cable, cruise control cable (you may not be able to use it if you have difft style cruise servos) use YOUR Alternator and bracket if you keep your wiring. You need the p/s pump from the 3100 due to the slightly different mounting, as well as the lines. Use the rubber brake booster vacuum line from the donor car, your steel one will not screw into the 3100 (the lines pop off the booster, easy) If your Regal has an oil pressure gage, you'll need to get a pressure sensor new from a '94+ Grand Am. Theres some more I'm sure but you could look over the other car and get an idea. It's not impossible, it will just take a while. Besides this though are you SURE it's a '94 Lumina? Or the bubbly '95+? Cause '94 Luminas still got the 3.1...

EurosportZ34
plus the tranny should be swapped as well...'95 Luminas got the 4T60E while a '90 Regal pry had the 4T60

The easiest way would be to keep the regal harness and adapt it to the new engine. As I said before there'll be some wires you'll have to lengthen and relocate but it's probably a LOT easier than swapping the whole underhood harness and making that work (as well as swapping the PCM's) and the Lumina PCM will be looking for the Lumina tranny. Guest TurboSedan
use the older '90 computer (computer = ECM & MEMCAL) and the entire 3.1 MPFI engine wiring harness. you'll have to lengthen some wires such as the coilpacks etc (i've never done it myself) but you CAN run a newer 3100 or 3400 on an older 3.1 MPFI wiring harness and computer and it will save you alot of work. doing it this way the 3100 won't be SFI anymore (rather MPFI batch fired), but that doesn't necessarily mean you'll lose any performance.
