jasond
Has anybody attempted to build custom door panels for a 1st gen W-body? I am interested in building a set for my '94 GP.

jasond
I'm wanting to build custom door panels for my '94 Grand Prix. The factory panels are getting to be in bad shape.
1990lumina
If you just want to replace them the boneyard is your best friend. If not I'm not really a fan of painting interior panels - including the door panels (if that is what you are asking). - Jeff L.
KING JOKER
i did a 2 speaker set in my 92 cutty out of fiberglass. took about 2 days from start to finish but now it has 1 6.5 inch and a 3.5 inch component set in her. the only thing i recommend is think long and hard about the setup and realized how much more the door is going to weigh. my girlfriend always complains because the doors are heavy and hard to close for her since she is 5'3 and 110lbs.
