Well I got my tranny rebuilt about 8 months ago and tonight i experienced somthing a little weird. I was crusing about 15 mph in a parking lot then came to a complete stop, i had my foot on the pedal for about 15 seconds then went to let off and hit the gas. the car just reved like it was in nutral.

I shifted it into nutral than reverse, nothing happened, then i shifted back into drive and the car went....

The fluid level is fine, and this thing costed me 1500 less than 8 months ago, whats going on??? anyone know???

what could be failing???

all possible reasons would help me out to get an understand on what would cuase this.

thanks!

Possible linkage that is not adjusted properly?? Our old Suburban did that a few times but nothing ever came from it...If you have a warrantee I'd defiantely tell the shop before they say oh sorry, no more warantee!
