Smoke1991
Well I got my tranny rebuilt about 8 months ago and tonight i experienced somthing a little weird. I was crusing about 15 mph in a parking lot then came to a complete stop, i had my foot on the pedal for about 15 seconds then went to let off and hit the gas. the car just reved like it was in nutral. I shifted it into nutral than reverse, nothing happened, then i shifted back into drive and the car went.... The fluid level is fine, and this thing costed me 1500 less than 8 months ago, whats going on??? anyone know??? what could be failing??? all possible reasons would help me out to get an understand on what would cuase this. thanks! I couldn't give you an accurate description of what it does but I remember http://www.howstuffworks.com has a great write up on how trannies work.
