Well I tried to use the supersoaker on people last night but when your driving it jus shoots the stream either at the wiendshield or over the car

Yeah, My 88 Grand Marquis would tag the car behind me on the highway. And since they were so out of adjustment, I could make it rain on the sidewalk if going slow enough.
