I hadn't ever paid any attention to that either until this post. I have an old TSTE/1990 GP brochure where you can see the rear door light/reflector is the same way. When to Chevy today cuz I broke mine and guess what - discontinued..so now the search begins for a used one at the boneyard or online.. - Jeff L.
