I went to the dealer, the bracket nuts are part #10114739. GMpartsdirect lists them at 2.65 each, GM charges 4.64. 6 are required.

Yup, I remember doing that...it sucks that they are so expensive....But i will be putting the rear bar in this weekend!!! yeeha
