SSPSU93 Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 Is it posible to take the interior(i mean everything) from a 97-2000 pontiac grand prix(2 door) and put it in a 95 pontiac grand prix 2 door. I want leather and I want to change the orginal color green to tan or black. Is this possible, and has anybody done this? Quote
J Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 one person has done it with a regal and his early lumina. It's a bitch but can be done. The only thing i am unsure of is the door panels. Quote
terryk2003 Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 umm...i think this is in the wrong section!... ...BTW: people have swapped some pieces before...but i think it requires a little modification...its not (all) gonna be a direct fit... Quote
90TGP Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 Some custom work will be needed. Quote
supreme_style21 Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 I believe the '97+ interiors were wider? Specifically the dash, IIRC. Quote

GnatGoSplat Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 It takes a lot of hacking, cutting, and chopping. The cars are so different, just because it's a Grand Prix doesn't mean it would make it any simpler than if you chose the interior from a Bonneville or a Nissan. If just leather and a different interior color is what you want, I would get it from another first-gen W-body. Quote
Brian P Posted February 23, 2005 Report Posted February 23, 2005 you can forget about the door panels... Quote
