loominaz34
I was thinking about doing the 13* retard on my exhaust cams this spring and i was wondering if it was possible to do this without taking off the belt. I know the cam gears aren't keyed but if you unbolt them, do they spin freely enough to change the timing that way? I would be buying this: http://www.viscoustech.com/store-34dohc.html to do the timing change perfect but I was hoping to be able to simplify the writeup on 60* V6 some by not dealing with the tensioner again. That thing is my greatest foe for some reason. :x Thanks for putting up with a stupid question in advance.

Aaron
According to Ben, and thx for the info, not on a 91-93 unless the first time you removed it you changed the lo3cks on the gear. But it can be done on a 94-95 engine becuz the locks were different.
