red95cutlass
I was working on my lightbar today and I found that one of the switches for the reading lamps in the light bar broke. I looked at GM Direct Online and it was too much trouble. If anyone out there has the resources could you send me the part number. Rock on! kcac
Take a look at this thread. It explains what most likely happened to the switch, and could save you a lot of money on the repair. http://w-body.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15627&highlight=melted+switch&sid=dbc310d775b375759052853a53259c41

Psych0matt
I just bypassed mine and ran them straight as dome lights, no switch. was free and easy. I figure im about the only one needing them in my car anyways, so might as well.

GnatGoSplat
My diode-rigged domelights are still working perfectly over a year later! I highly recommend the diode fix if you're particular about things working like they should.
