RareGMFan Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 Do your speaker covers look like these? Quote
Dirty Rockstar Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 Actually look to me like the ones that came in LeSabres, IIRC... Quote
RareGMFan Posted February 11, 2005 Author Report Posted February 11, 2005 They are. Just didn't know if they're the same as the Regal ones, or not. Quote
Carotop Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 Well Regal ones are plastic and a little smaller or mine are at least. I would like that setup if I was keepin my cutty or if the Fiero I might be gettin is that color Quote
Regal_GS_1989 Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 i've got concert sound in my GS, they are a bit different than that. I'll post up a pic later when I get home Quote
99RegalGS Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 No they don't look the same. Here's a picture of the covers in my Regal. Quote
Regal_GS_1989 Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 compared to the stock unit that came with only 4 speaker, yea, they sound great. And because the regal's stereo is such a strange shape, an aftermarket deck looks awful in these cars. Quote
Jamz Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 ho ... so those regal got the "behind the dash" head unit too ... my Sunbird was like that too ... Quote
RareGMFan Posted February 11, 2005 Author Report Posted February 11, 2005 No they don't look the same. Here's a picture of the covers in my Regal. Yeah, if they all looked like that, then they're way different. These are pretty big, and sit at the bottom front corner of the door panel. Well, unless there were different versions, that clears that up. Thanks for the photo and the replys! Quote

IIRC, the speaker setup was exactly the same. The same size speakers in the doors. the only difference was the grills. I'm pretty sure that you could make them work if you really wanted to. Quote

GP1138 Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 I was just bein sarcastic.. saying the girls that smoke are so :gone2far: attractive If I pull up to a stoplight and a chick in the car next to me is smoking, it's an instant turnoff. Not so much anymore, because I'm taken, but eh. Quote

I got that done when i had my Alpine HU put in, now i use that pocket to hold my cell phone Quote
