CutlassQuad.4 Posted February 6, 2005 Report Share Posted February 6, 2005 My mechanic says it cant be done, because the existing rpm guage runs of the camshaft sensors and is you tap into thatitll make the car perform differently?? mihela816 Posted February 7, 2005 Report Share Posted February 7, 2005 Quad 4s don't have cam sensors. The tach signal comes from the ICM, which on the quad is under the cover that says HO Quad 4.
