Guest Anonymous Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get the temp sensor module for a 95 DIC. Is it a generic part? Could I get it from GM? And are there any wiring diagrams available? Thanks! Quote
Intlcutlass Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 The DIC temp sensor? Thats for the engine coolant ... right? Or do you mean up on your climate control for the outside temps? If for the engine coolant, I would just ask if the temp guage on the dash part works? If not, than more than likely your coolant temp sending unit is whats wrong.... Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 NNot quite... on the 94-6 grand prix, the DIC has an Exteriror Temperature feature. Even though my car was prewired when I put it in, it did not have the sensor for the temp- and I know people have added it... So I'd like to do the same. Quote
Dirty Rockstar Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 GO to any auto parts store.. Tell them you need that part.. They'll be able to hook ya up.. Quote
jeremy Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 i think I have heard that they run around $50.... Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted January 28, 2005 Report Posted January 28, 2005 That price sound about right, jeremy.... This is all part of an entire car-wide upgrade project... like the first 95 GTP sedan. Quote

Are you sure you can get this sensor at a parts store? I've seen a few places online that sell them. I jacked mine out of a yard, otherwise I still wouldn't have one. Quote
