2-8 hp. Not worth the time, money or effort unless you do the heads & have the manifolds extrude honed as well.

Unless you are rebuiliding your engine for performance, there isn't much gain. You would get the same amount of gain from getting an underdrive pully from http://www.fastfwdperformance.com

I'f you're going to even try to port an intake, get a 96 manifold. The intake ports are bigger.

im thinking of getting a intake from a 96 and porting that and putting it on my 92 sorry that i didnt tell you i also plan on getting head work done this summer

Well, if you're doing other work to the intake/exhaust path, you might as well get it done, it can't hurt anything but your bank account.

 

It's like pulling the diff in a rwd vehicle to swap it out for an LSD...if you're gonna do it, you might as well upgrade the ring & pinion gears as well to something numerically higher to take advantage of the extra traction available with the LSD.
