dohc v6 Posted January 11, 2005 Report Share Posted January 11, 2005 when i first switched me new engine in i tryed to turn the lights on at night and i got nothing. so i tryed the next day and they worked. so a month later they still work but they dim and the interior light dims also. so is there any type any thing that would mess this up Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Regal_GS_1989 Posted January 11, 2005 Report Share Posted January 11, 2005 when do they dim?? do they seem bright, and then dim when you use something electrical. check all of your battery terminals, and also check the auxillary battery post nut to make sure that it is tight. sonyman87 Posted January 11, 2005 Report Share Posted January 11, 2005 how old is your battery? is your battery grounded to the frame cleanly? also what motor did you swap in? are you still obd1? a few more details would be nice also does it do it when the motor is off?
