I have a High Flow cat on my car. And I did mine with the adittion of a whole new 2.5 mandrel bent system, so I can't say that the cat did anything alone. But after reading up on things I have found that a High flow is not worth it unless you buy the most $$$ one around. I suggest pipe-ing out the one you have now if you want to see results. Also do not wory about Back Compression our stock headers LOL and down pipe do more that enough.

Get a carsound "high flow" cat(made by magnaflow, usually about $40-60 on ebay I think), that's what's on my TGP, and it seems to do alright. I'll probably put one on my GTP as well when I do the exhaust just in case we start having emissions here(none, so I don't need a cat at the moment, probably won't for a few years where my cars are registered 8) ).
